A DRY CLEANING OUTLET is hereby defined as any person engaged in calling for or delivering wearing apparel or other articles which are cleaned or renovated in or from any store where the dry cleaning is not actually engaged in or carried on in the premises in the village. The annual license fee for such establishment shall be as set forth in the village’s Comprehensive Fee and Fine Schedule.
