§ 12-6 FIRE PREVENTION - REGULATIONS.
   No dry cleaning establishment shall be operated in a frame building. Such establishment shall be kept free from inflammable wastes so far as possible, and it shall be unlawful to maintain or permit a stove or open flame of any kind in the premises. Smoking in such premises is hereby prohibited.
