(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the business of drain layer or sewer builder in the village without first having secured a license therefor.
(b) Applications for such licenses shall conform to the general provisions of the chapter on licenses.
(c) No such license shall be transferred.
(d) The annual fee for such licenses shall be as set forth in the village’s Comprehensive Fee and Fine Schedule.
