Applications for the village permit herein required shall be made on forms supplied by the village clerk. The permit application shall set forth the location and size of the pool to be drained, the name of the person who is doing the work of draining the pool, the size and type of pumps and other equipment to be used and any other details or description of the work as may be required by the village staff. The permit application shall be accompanied by a non-refundable permit application fee of $50, which fee shall be paid into the village treasury for general use upon issuance of the permit.
