§ 9-69 SAME - FEES.
   (a)   The fee for a permit to construct a private swimming pool with a capacity of 2,500 gallons or more shall be a base charge of $5, plus an additional charge of $3 for each $1,000 valuation.
   (b)   The fee for a permit to construct a fence around a private swimming pool shall be $5.
