§ 9-45A MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF SEWER SERVICE PIPES.

   Every owner of a building with a sanitary or storm sewer service pipe is required, at his or her own cost and expense, to keep in repair all service pipes leading from the public sanitary or storm sewer to the building.
