THE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF GLENCOE ILLINOIS

§ 9-7 CONFLICTS BETWEEN GENERAL AND SPECIFIC PROVISIONS.

When a general provision or requirement of this chapter conflicts with a specific provision relating to the construction, equipment or maintenance of any building or structure, or any portion thereof, then, and for that case, the specific provision or requirement shall govern.
