§ 7-7 EMPLOYEES.
   Every person licensed as an auctioneer may designate employees, not to exceed two in number, who may be authorized by him or her to conduct auctions. Notice containing the names of the employees so designated shall be given to the village manager, and an employee’s license shall be issued on the payment of a fee as set forth in the village’s Comprehensive Fee and Fine Schedule. This license shall be valid for one year. It shall be unlawful for any employee not licensed under this section to conduct an auction, or for an auctioneer to permit an auction to be conducted by an unlicensed employee.
