In accordance with Division 2.1 of Article 10 of the Illinois Municipal Code, Ill. Rev. Stat. ch. 24, §§ 10-2.1-1 et seq., there is hereby established a board of fire and police commissioners consisting of three members which shall be known in the Village of Glencoe as the public safety commission.
