(a) There is hereby created an electrical commission which shall consist of five members, as follows:
(1) The chief electrical inspector shall be a member and ex officio chairperson of such commission;
(2) Of the other four members:
A. One shall be an electrical contractor;
B. One a journeyman electrician;
C. One a representative of an inspection bureau maintained by the fire underwriters (or, if no such representative resides in the village, then the chief of the fire department); and
D. One a representative of an electrical supply company.
(b) Such members shall be appointed for one year by the president and board of trustees.
