§ 2-124 MAPS AND PLATS OF SUBDIVISIONS.
   No map or plat of any subdivision presented for record affecting land within the village or within contiguous territory which is not more that one and one-half miles beyond the corporate limits of the village and not included in any city, village or incorporated town, after the adoption of the fiscal plan, shall be entitled to record or shall be valid unless the subdivision provides for streets, alleys and public grounds in conformity with the applicable requirements of the official plan and the subdivision regulations of the village.
