§ 2-96 DUTY OF MEMBERS TO RETURN PROPERTY ISSUED BY THE VILLAGE UPON RESIGNATION, ETC.
   Whenever any member of the department of public safety shall leave, resign, be suspended or discharged, he or she shall immediately deliver his or her badge and all other property of the village issued to him or her to the director of public safety and any pay due or to become due such member shall be withheld until such property has been returned.
