§ 2-92 APPOINTMENT AND DISCIPLINE OF MEMBERS.
   From and after March 1, 1982, the appointment, promotion, discipline, removal and discharge of members of the department of public safety, other than the director and the two deputy chiefs, shall be in accordance with the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners Act, 65 ILCS 5/10-2.1-1 et seq., and the rules and regulations of the public safety commissioners of the Village of Glencoe established pursuant to division 7 of this article V of this chapter.
