§ 2-5 COMMITTEES.

   (a)   The village president shall appoint all standing committees and special committees, unless provision to the contrary is made by majority vote of the elected members of the board of trustees.

   (b)   The following shall be the standing committees:

      (1)   Finance;

      (2)   Law;

      (3)   Public Works;

      (4)   Social Services;

      (5)   Golf; and

      (6)   Affordable Housing.
