The regular meetings of the president and board of trustees shall be held on the third Thursday of each month in the council chambers in the village hall at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as such meeting may be called together, and may be adjourned to such other time or place as may be designated in such meeting or adjournments thereof.
