THE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF GLENCOE ILLINOIS

§ 8. SEPARATE ACCOUNT OF MONIES COLLECTED AND PAID OUT TO BE KEPT, ETC.

The treasurer shall keep a separate account of all monies collected and paid out for different purposes, and money collected for a certain purpose shall not be paid out for any other purpose, unless not actually needed for the purpose for which it was collected and only upon the special order of the council.
