To prevent the running at large of mischievous or diseased animals, to prevent the indecent exhibition of horses and other animals, and to regulate or prohibit the running at large of horses, mules, cattle, sheep, swine, goats, dogs and other animals and to provide for the destruction of dogs running at large contrary to ordinance.
