§ 16. REGULATION OF STORAGE OF GUNPOWDER, ETC.; PREVENTION OF FIRING OF GUNS, ETC.
   To regulate the storage of gun powder, tar, pitch, turpentine, rosin and other combustible materials; and to prevent the firing of guns and other firearms or combustibles, within the limits of said corporation.
