THE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF GLENCOE ILLINOIS

§ 4. COUNCIL TO JUDGE QUALIFICATIONS, ETC., OF MEMBERS AND DETERMINE CONTESTED ELECTIONS.

The council shall be judges of the qualifications, elections, and returns of its own members, and shall determine all contested elections.
