141.03 VARIANCE REQUESTS.

(a) Any resident seeking a variance before the Planning Commission shall supply the names of all abutting property owners with the request for the variance.

(b) The Planning Commission shall notify all abutting property owners of the hearing date when such request for the variance will be heard.
