The Planning Commission shall have all the powers and perform all the duties conferred by law upon city planning commissions, and the Commission is hereby authorized to control the height, design and location of buildings in the City, together with such other and additional powers as may hereafter be given city planning commissioners by City ordinance, or by the general law of the State.
