747.08 REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF LICENSE.

(a) The Director of Public Service and Safety may suspend a license of an operator who at any time fails to be in compliance with Sections 747.02 through 747.04 of this chapter. A license shall be restored upon return to compliance.

(b) The Director of Public Service and Safety may revoke a license for failure to comply with Sections 747.05 through 747.06 of this chapter or for a serious violation of the rules and regulations authorized by Section 747.07 of this chapter.
