(a) A licensed towing firm or tow truck operator shall charge no more than the following schedules of rates for services performed under this chapter:
(1) | Towing of passenger vehicles, small trucks or vans (1 ton maximum) | $100.00 |
(2) | Extensive cleanup at accident scene Additional flatbed | 50.00 175.00 |
(3) | Stuck vehicle, removed, no towing minimum | 75.00 |
(4) | Heavy towing, large vehicles or trucks, use of Heavy equipment | 125.00/hour |
(5) | Stuck large vehicle or truck requiring lifting | 125.00/hour |
(6) | Miscellaneous: Standard motorist tow: Standard motorist flat, start, lockout | 50.00 50.00 |

(b) For any service not covered in this schedule, the licensee shall charge not more than the regularly established rate for such service. (Ord. 6399-93. Passed 3-22-93.)
