240.03 ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SAFETY.

There is hereby established in and for the City the position of Assistant Director of Public Safety. The Assistant Director shall perform those duties assigned to him or her by the Director of Public Safety. Such duties may include authority delegated by the Director in full or in part as described by this chapter, Chapter 242 and Chapter 244. Such delegation of authority shall not lessen or diminish the authority of the Director.
