6-1-7: PENALTY:

It shall be an "infraction" as defined by Idaho Code section 49-110(5) for any person to violate sections 6-1-2, 6-1-4, and 6-1-8 of this chapter, and the penalty for violation of sections 6-1-2, 6-1-4, and 6-1-8 of this chapter shall be by fine consistent with rule 9 of the Idaho infraction rules.
