There is hereby adopted for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the use of all streets and public thoroughfares of the county the Idaho motor vehicle laws, more particularly title 49, Idaho Code and as the same may hereafter be revised by the Idaho legislature or amended by the governing body, and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated as an ordinance of the county as though fully set forth at length herein.
