§ 38.10 REPEALER; EFFECT OF PROVISIONS UPON STATE CONTROLS.
   All Acts and parts of Acts inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter are hereby repealed to the extent of their inconsistency, and nothing herein contained shall be taken as restricting any control which the State Board of Health of Maryland Conservation Department and the Water Resources Commission of Maryland are empowered to exercise within the District.
