(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 1.05.999.
(B) Anyone who violates § 7.05.020 shall be fined not less than $75 nor more than $750 for each offense and a separate offense shall have been deemed committed on each and every day on or which a violation occurs or is permitted to continue.
(C) Any person who violates the provisions of §§ 7.05.040 through 7.05.055 shall be fined an amount not less than $75 nor more than $750 for each such offense. Each calendar day during which a violation of §§ 7.05.040 through 7.05.055 continues shall be deemed a separate and independent violation, and shall subject the violator to a separate fine for each multiple offense thereof. The penalties prescribed herein shall be cumulative and not mutually exclusive.
