§ 7.05.020 ENGINE BRAKING.

(A) It shall be unlawful to utilize engine brakes in the operation of any vehicle upon any street within the corporate limits of the Village of Gardner, except in cases of a bona fide emergency.

(B) ENGINE BRAKES shall be defined as any device or system used for the braking of a vehicle without the use of wheel brakes.

(C) The Director of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to purchase and install “No Engine Braking” signs in the Village of Gardner.
