No person shall park, leave standing or allow to be unattended for any period of time, any farm equipment which shall include, but not be limited to, a farm tractor, combine, auger, farm wagon or other implement of husbandry as defined in the Illinois Vehicle Code (625 ILCS 5/1-130) in any residentially zoned area within the corporate limits of the Village of Gardner, except in such places as from time to time may be designated by the Gardner Village Council. Any person(s) in violation of this section shall be subject to all penalties prescribed herein.
