§ 5.05.130 DISCONTINUANCE OF SERVICE.

Any person who fails to pay water service charges assessed by §§ 5.05.145 through 5.05.155 and whose water service account has been deemed delinquent as defined herein shall be subject to having water service discontinued in accordance with this title.
