§ 5.05.145 USER CLASSES.

   There is hereby established five classes of users for the purpose of levying water service charges in the Village of Gardner:

   (A)   Single-family dwellings;

   (B)   Multiple-family dwellings;

   (C)   Institutional/governmental users;

   (D)   Commercial, industrial and other users; and

   (E)   Outside users.
