(A) Following approval of the preliminary plat, the subdivision improvements shall be designed to meet the minimum design standards as adopted by the city. The subdivision design standards set forth under this chapter are development regulations to be followed by the developer. All final plans must be reviewed and meet the approval of the City Engineer.
