(A) Five copies of the final plat meeting the requirements as set forth in the Plat Act, being M.C.L.A. §§ 560.101 - 560.293, as amended, as amended, and three paper copies of the final plat shall be filed by the subdivider with the City Clerk. Any sums of money as shall hereinafter be set forth shall be deposited with the City Clerk to provide for the expenses of the City Council, and for the fees required by the plat on the agenda of the next regular Planning Commission meeting which follows the submittal by no less than ten days.
(B) The final plat documents shall be transmitted to the secretary of the Planning Commission for review as to compliance with the approved preliminary plat.
(C) Should the Planning Commission find that the final plat is in agreement with the preliminary plat, it shall stamp its approval on the final plat and notify the City Council of this action in its official minutes.
(D) Should the Planning Commission find that the final plat does not conform substantially to the previously approved preliminary plat, and that it is not acceptable, they shall record the reason in their official minutes and forward a copy of same to the subdivider and require that the cause for rejection be corrected and the plat be held over for consideration at the next regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. Should the subdivider elect to not make the required corrections, the Planning Commission shall reject the plat, record the reasons for rejection in their official minutes and forward copies of the minutes to the subdivider and to the City Council.
