§ 152.018 PROPOSED SUBDIVISION.
   The plat of the proposed subdivision shall include the following.
   (A)   Boundary line of proposed subdivision and section or corporation lines within or adjacent to the tract.
   (B)   Adjacent tracts of subdivided and unsubdivided land shown in relation to the tract being proposed for subdivision. Ownership of each unsubdivided tract shall be indicated on the plat. The name of the plat and the liber and page of record data shall be indicated on adjacent subdivisions.
   (C)   Location, widths, and name of existing or prior platted public streets and private streets, and public easements within or adjacent to the tract being proposed for subdivision.
   (D)   Location of existing sewers, water mains, storm drains, and other underground facilities within or adjacent to the tract being proposed for subdivision.
   (E)   The plat shall be superimposed upon a topographic map with contour intervals of one foot.
   (F) The acreage of the tract to the nearest l/10 of an acre.
