1503.04 FIRE CONTROL.
   (a)    Cleaning with gasoline or other Class I or Class II petroleum liquids shall not be permitted in or around the station or in any garage in which vehicles are being repaired.
 
   (b)    Crank case draining shall be kept in covered tank or containers and shall not be used for heating purposes at a service station, except in equipment designed and approved for such fuel.
 
   (c)    Provisions shall be made by grading driveway, raising doorsills, or some equally effective means to prevent gasoline spills from flowing into interior of station buildings.
 
   (d)    Petroleum liquids or crank case draining shall not be dumped into sewers or disposed of in any manner which will permit entrance to sewers.
 
   (e)    All drainage dumps shall be cleaned and maintained so as to insure proper operation at all times.
 
   (f)    The Fire Department shall be notified immediately of spillage or leakage of ten (10) gallons or more of flammable liquid.
 
   (g)    Each service station shall be equipped with approved fire extinguishers suitable for use on petroleum liquid fires in sufficient number and capacity to cope with incipient fires. Extinguishers shall be kept in good operating condition at all times and shall be located in an accessible and conspicuous place.
