909.99 PENALTY.

A violation of Section 909.01(a), Construction, Repair or (b) or 909.02(a), Display or Sale of Goods on Sidewalks, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation continues or occurs.
