711.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter or any lawful order of the City Sanitarian issued pursuant to it, or whoever obstructs or interferes with the execution of such order or willfully or illegally omits to obey such order, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
