(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be fined as set forth in § 70.99.
(B) (1) Any person found guilty of violating the provisions of § 72.08(A)(2) shall be fined $250 if paid within seven days, and $350 if paid after seven days. This fine shall be in addition to any costs or charges connected with the removal or storage of the motor vehicle.
(2) Local authorities shall impose fines as established in this division for violations of § 72.08.

(C) Any person violating any provision of §§ 72.01 through 72.04, 72.06, 72.50 through 72.56, and Chapter 79 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $15 nor more than $750 or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not exceeding six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
(F) Upon conviction for violation of § 72.41, the fine for parking on a city street with an expired registration plate or sticker shall be $25. If the fine is not paid in seven days, the fine of $50 shall be paid in full satisfaction of such violation.
(G) The fine upon conviction of violation of § 72.55 for failure to make timely payments shall be no less than $50 and no more than $750.
(H) Any person violating the three-hour timed parking provisions of Chapter 79, Schedule II shall be fined not less than $15 nor more than $750 for each offense.
(I) Any person violating the reserved parking provision of § 72.40(B) shall be fined $25 for each offense.
