§ 72.40 LEASE OR RENTAL OF PARKING STALLS.
   (A)   The Mayor, with the consent of the City Council, may lease or rent parking in all municipal parking lots of the city on a daily, month-to-month or longer basis up to one year, for such rental sums, payable in advance, as deemed reasonable and in the best interests of the city and upon such other fair and reasonable terms and conditions as are appropriate.
   (B)   Said rental parking stalls shall be marked by a reserved sign. It shall be unlawful for any other person other than the lessee of said rental stall(s) to park their motor vehicle(s) in stall(s).
   (C)   In addition to the penalty set forth in § 72.99, any person parking a vehicle in violation of the provisions of this subchapter shall be subject to having their vehicle towed at their own expense.
