§ 72.55 FAILURE TO MAKE TIMELY PAYMENT.

If payments are not made within 15 days, including the day the notice was issued, as provided, a warrant of arrest or notice to appear shall issue and prosecution shall be in the same manner prescribed by law for the violation of any ordinance of the city.
