§ 72.41 UNLAWFUL TO PARK ON CITY STREET WITH EXPIRED REGISTRATION.
   No person may stop, park, or leave standing upon a public street a vehicle displaying an Illinois registration plate (or plates) or sticker after the registration period for which it was issued has terminated, or after the expiration date set under ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 3-414 or § 3-414.3.
