Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter affecting fire safety, zoning and public health and sanitation, including dumping of refuse, shall be fined not more than $2,000 for each offense in accordance with § 1-6(c), and shall be fined not more than $500 for all other violations. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.

The aviation advisory board shall have such members and purposes as defined in Chapter 2, Article III, Division 3 of the city code.
