§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code.
   (B)   Any person in violation of §§ 91.01 through 91.03 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be penalized as provided in § 10.99 of this code. Each day’s violation, failure, refusal or neglect to comply with any provision of §§ 91.01 through 91.03 or regulation promulgated thereunder shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.

   (C)   Any person in violation of §§ 91.15 through 91.19 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be penalized as provided in § 10.99 of this code. Each day’s violation, failure, refusal or neglect to comply with any provision of §§ 91.15 through 91.19 or regulation promulgated thereunder shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.

   (D)   Any person in violation of §§ 91.30 through 91.32 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be penalized as provided in § 10.99 of this code. Each day’s violation, failure, refusal or neglect to comply with any provision of §§ 91.30 through 91.32 or regulation promulgated thereunder shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
