(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 70.99 of this code.
(B) Any person in violation of §§ 71.01 or 71.02 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be penalized as provided in § 70.99 of this code. Each day’s violation, failure, refusal or neglect to comply with any provision of §§ 71.01 or 71.02 or regulation promulgated thereunder shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
