(A) Any person violating any provision of this Traffic Code for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code.
(B) Any person in violation of §§ 70.03 through 70.10 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be penalized as provided in § 10.99 of this code. Each day’s violation, failure, refusal or neglect to comply with any provision of §§ 70.03 through 70.10 or regulation promulgated thereunder shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.

(C) Careless driving, as set out in § 70.07 of this chapter, is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
