It is unlawful for anyone driving or operating a motor vehicle within the city or its jurisdiction to:
(A) Fail to obey any city or state traffic sign, signal or pavement marking;
(B) Cross any barricade lawfully placed in or across a street; or
(C) Fail or refuse to obey the direction of a law enforcement or city employee engaged in directing traffic.
