(A) General exceptions. Notwithstanding the provisions of §§ 8-6-2 through 8-6-4 of this chapter, the numbering in Bluff View Acres and Richards Second Addition, (except for 28th and 29th Streets and R Lane) Storms Court, Blackhawk Heights, Sunnyside Drive and High Point shall be in accordance with the plats now on file in the office of the Clerk.
(B) Burlington Hill. Notwithstanding the provisions of §§ 8-6-2, 8-6-3, 8-6-4 of this chapter, the lane or street running approximately north and south, east of and approximately parallel to, that part of the U.S. Highway 61 known as Burlington Hill, shall be named Iris Lane. The property on the east side of said street legally described as: the north 200 feet of the South 660.64 feet of the southeast one-quarter (SE1/4) east of Highway #61, Section 34, Township 68 North, Range 4: 1.28 acres; and the north 200 feet of the south 660.64 feet of the west 104.88 feet of the southwest one-quarter (SW1/4) of Section 35, Township 68, Range 4 West: 48 acres, shall be designated as #50, and two numbers added to each 50 feet of frontage to the north of the property above described and two numbers subtracted from each 50 feet of frontage to the south of the property above described.
(C) Oak Drive. The street commencing at the east end of Richards Drive, just west of 27th Street, and extending north from Avenue G, is hereby designated as Oak Drive. All lots fronting on said Oak Drive north of Avenue G shall be numbered with even numbers on the east side of said Oak Drive, and with odd numbers on the west side of said Oak Drive, commencing with numbers 1 and 2 for the lots on the south end of the said Oak Drive and continuing in numerical sequence to the north end of said Oak Drive.
(D) Twenty Fifth Street. The part of 25th Street extended lying north of Avenue A and south of the north corporation limits is hereby designated as 25th Street. All buildings fronting on said 25th Street north of Avenue A shall be numbered commencing at the building on the east and farthest north and shall be numbered 90, and on the west side of the street shall be numbered 91, and continuing with even numbers on the east and odd numbers on the west to Avenue A.
(E) Skyline Drive. For the use of the city, there shall be filed in the office of the Clerk a plat showing the exact location and numbering of the lots herein referred to. Said lots shall be numbered from 4 through 14, there being one number given to each 80 feet in width east and west. The starting point for lot number 4 on the east being 1,279.25 feet west of the northeast corner of Section 4, Township 67 North, Range 4 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian in Fort Madison, Lee County, Iowa.
