§ 8-6-4 BASIS OF NUMBERS FOR EACH BLOCK.
   In numbering, each block shall be assigned numbers on the basis of one number to each 25 feet of frontage. Whenever there is a building or a fraction of a lot less than 15 feet across, it shall be designated by the number before it with one-half added.
