§ 4-2-1 LICENSE REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct or engage in any of the following businesses or activities without first having obtained a license as hereinafter provided:

Auctioneering;

Billiard or pool hall;

Bowling alley;

Carnival;

Circus;

Clairvoyant;

Fortune telling;

House moving;

Massage parlor;

Menagerie;

Motion picture show or exhibition;

Palm reading;

Pawn shop;

Public exhibitions of any kind;

Show;

Skating rink; and

Tattoo parlors.
